The worship temples you will be building are not just decorations. Total War Saga: Troy really does try to stay true to the epic’s mythical elements. Greek gods will also come to play, although they will not be active participants in the game. Similar to other strategy games like Age of Empires II, your civilization will be composed of different game characters like warriors, builders, and normal citizens. Total War Saga: Troy will let you build cities, houses, training grounds, and worship temples. While those that transpired in the epic will guide the progression of the game, the real fun lies in its sandbox elements.
